VAP-X™ GAS BLEND

Vap-X™ Gas Blend has been formulated to greatly reduce H2S and CO2 in a gas stream. It can reduce the oil H2S and CO2 by 50-70% economically. When acid gas is present, the water vapor tends to be at acidic levels. Vap-X™ Gas Blend is engineered to neutralize the acids, thereby converting the H2S out of the sulfide phase. The Tergeo skid system optimizes efficiency.

WHY VAP-X™ GAS BLEND

This chemistry can effectively eliminate gas-phase H2S and CO2 by 100%. When acidic water vapor is present in the gas stream due to the presence of acid gas, Vap-X™ Gas blend neutralizes the acids, converting the H2S out of the sulfide phase. In battery applications where water is a key factor in causing scale, Vap-X™ Gas Blend displaces elemental sulfur in the water fluid. The proprietary chemistry of Vap-X™ Gas Blend allows for it to migrate through the gas column when applied using proprietary application methods. It is most effective when used with high concentrations of H2S in conjunction with Vap-X™ gas chemistry along with our blend of hybrid concentrated reagents.
