A static mixer is used to apply the chemistry and allow the chemistry to migrate thru the oil column.. Vap-X™ Oil Blend is best utilized in high H2S concentrations with water being present. The dosing rate is based on volume of liquid flow rate therefore it is ideal to be used via an automatize pump. Vap-X™ 3 011 Blend also has a proprietary chemical additive that acts as a corrosion inhibitor.
